Best experience I've ever had with a body shop and superb repair. Could find no imperfections, even minor, in their work. They skillfully negotiated with my insurance company to assure everything was fixed to high standards. Every part - big and small - replaced with factory components. Perfect paint match was assured by temporarily removing gas cap hatch as sample. They also subcontracted the replacement of the plastic "bra" on my car to a local expert who did great work.
The best experience I have ever had with a repair shop. The owner and the folks at Quality Cares Automotive took care of my car like it was their own. They kept me in the know throughout the entire process and took the time to explain the estimate and the parts that were needed to get my car in working order. They worked expeditiously and efficiently on my vehicle and even delivered my car to me once it was repaired. There’s no price on that kind of service.
