Terrible service. I had bought a gas dryer from this company, more specifically Mark Anthony. When I called and messaged him regarding my dryer was drying properly he said he would come over and take a look at it. When he didn't arrive at the time he said would be here, I called and messaged him again. He said he would call me when he was on his way. Never did.
Absolutely horrible service. They lie about everything. A serviceman cake out found the problems with 2 appliance took $160 and was going to order parts. We waited and waited for call that they were in. They never called. I called and spoke to owner who seemed very sincere in wanting to give partial refund if I could give him a few days.
