Completed two separate studies here. Both times the technicians were very friendly and informative. They explained the process each step of the way and exactly what symptoms they would be looking for. I like it when medical staff takes the time to do that. It shows they're interested in your satisfaction and piece of mind. It's a little out of the way if you live in Austin but worth the drive if your looking for great bedside manner.

Just finished my sleep study 04-22-2016. Starting from the first call with representative, Allison to completion of the study, everything has been great very helpful and friendly from all staff. They fit two studies and a consultation into one day because of the distance and inconvenience of taking off work. So all together my visit started at 2:30pm then back for the overnight study at 8:30pm. Now we will wait to hear the results and get a machine to help with the sleep disorder. Stay away. This place seems to be interested only in taking your money. They will mislead you regarding insurance benefits and then tell you it's your problem for not understanding your coverage *exactly.* And, of course, you will still be responsible for the bill or they'll turn you over to collections. Last, they will push new, unnecessary supplies on you rather than helping to figure out why your machine isn't working for you and resolve the issue.
