When I first went to this place in 2019 I had is***s with the office scheduling appointments without my knowledge or consent they also didnt let my nurse case manager know about them as well. My nurse case manager had talked to ***** multiple times and was told these is***s wouldnt happen. They continued to happen for months til eventually I was able to find a new center to finish my threapy at.Four years later they call me threatening to *** me if I dont contact my insurance which was workers comp.
