The therapist is giving very poor attention. He doesn't apply pain lotion, he doesn't pay attention to removing or putting on the tens, he doesn't care if the patients are doing the therapy well, and he's dirty when he burps on the patients. This is unpleasant. The girls who are at the desk are excellent.
I went back to this facility based on good experience from the past. This time it’s been the worse experience with therapist Dhaval Sha, it seems like he doesn’t care about his patients, he’s always late to the appointments, he leaves the care of the patient to his assistant Lidia, who happened to be one of the best alone with Heidi I can’t wait to get a new therapist otherwise I will never comeback to this place!!
If I went back there I would have to ask for qualifications. This small unfinished place with a few pieces of our dated equipment looks like it was furnished from the dump. When you walk in the 3 employees eyes are glassed over like zombies trying to look busy with little effort. The girl that worked on me did not know what she was doing.maybe if you just need to exercise an area it would do. ^I highly recommend this business… Miriam and Heidi are very knowledgeable and attentive. Dr. Davis is the best he gave me undivided attention. Great staff and always on top of it. Dr. D and H are amazing they helped me become some much better in such a short time ^ Thank you.. A Garay
