10/10 service, I was travelling and forgot my meds and was struggling with other pharmacies to get them in a timely manner. I spoke with Danielle and she was so incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. They’ll treat you like family.
The staff are so friendly and helpful! I am amongst the many that don't have a family doctor, and had heard that they could help facilitate phone appointments quickly. I went in around 4:30 and had an appointment with a doctor booked for 5:15 the same day. So grateful for their assistance. I highly recommend Quality Care Drug Store! :)
This pharmacy, for the first time in fifteen years since I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, is so amazing and exceptional I am now at ease with getting my prescriptions and dr. appointments. They are truly a miracle in my life. I'm not kidding!!!! And the staff are the kindest people I have met in seven years here in Port Alberni. If you folks at the pharmacy read this thank you thank you thank you!

Such a wonderful little pharmacy. The staff are knowledgeable and have gone the extra mile, to follow up. They treat each customer with genuine care and greet you the moment you walk through the door. Communication stands out.In the situations I’ve had to navigate, they took the time to walk me through everything and even followed up, which meant a lot. It really reminds me of the kind of personalized, small-town pharmacy care I remember from when I was a child thoughtful, rooted in quality care and connection.
