Quality Care was professional and willing to work with me. We had called many shops to get quotes and quality care was the most reasonable. We missed our appointment time but Matt was willing to make time for us still with a quick turn around. I wasn't able to do this project but quality care auto repair could. It was great working with that team.
I have a 1982 Chevy diesel step van- every other mechanic said it was very complicated. Matt was able to troubleshoot and complete the work accurately and quickly. His prices were very fair and honest and he even washed my truck. I highly recommend!
Short version: extremely rude and disrespectful after I paid him $6000 previously and was trying to give him more business. Avoid at all costs. I brought in my recently purchased used car for a used vehicle inspection (not an uncommon thing to do) figuring I would fix the most urgent issues ($500-$1000), and do the rest another time. Finally…an honest mechanic. May stands behind his work for sure. Very knowledgeable, fairly priced and hard working. Will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here
