Today, I had a disappointing experience with the cleaning crew. Quality Care Cleaning LLC. They arrived late, which threw off my entire schedule. When they did show up, their work was far from satisfactory. Some areas were missed entirely, and others were cleaned hastily, leaving behind streaks and smudges. Iris has cleaned my house for the past 7 years. She does a great job with no hassles. She is flexible about scheduling during this work-from-home era. On visits when the normal cleaning areas need less attention, she will often do a bonus side project. I highly recommend her.
