I got my car washed on 6/1/14 (I have been going there over 10 years), when I got into my car I noticed IMMEDIATELY that there was a 5-51/2 inch scratch on my passenger side windshield, part under the wiper blade. I let the employee know, I was told the manager was not in, he'll call me the next day.
