The corporate office person I worked with was beyond a 5 star rating! I recently loaded a 3 month unlimited package and used the 1st that day. Sadly 5 days later I was involved in an auto accident that totaled my vehicle. I called the office to see if I could pause that package. They cancelled that package and sent me a voucher for a new 3 month package that I can use once I purchase a new vehicle. They were so friendly and understanding! Thank you so much!!

I really like quality car wash, I use them all the time and all over, in Holland, Hudsonville, Zeeland, etc. I like quality car wash, and will not stop using them. However, I will never come to this location again. It’s not a problem with the staff they are always very friendly. However, I drive a bigger suburban and it seems that no matter what I do I can never get my vehicle straight.
