I really like quality car wash, I use them all the time and all over, in Holland, Hudsonville, Zeeland, etc. I like quality car wash, and will not stop using them. However, I will never come to this location again. It’s not a problem with the staff they are always very friendly. However, I drive a bigger suburban and it seems that no matter what I do I can never get my vehicle straight. Not very personal. I didnt have the app so i went to the cashier lane. I saw about 4...5 high scool looking staff members clearly messing around. The young man was polite. As i went around, there was no one to guide me in to make sure i was centered like at other car washes. Instead someone popped out and put a sleeve on my back windshield...i needed that cleaned too.
My truck always comes out looking beautiful. Love it when Ian is working, always friendly and helpful.
