I had them clean my interior. They damaged the inside of my car door really bad. Now I have to have it painted so I doesn't get rust. I cant believe I paid to have my car cleaned and got it damaged. They also didnt clean it all the way and I had to go through twice. With 7 people cleaning one car thats ridiculous. Very disappointed. Also they weren't up front about damaging it. There is no way they did that much damage and didn't realize it.

For an entire year, I paid for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for. When I asked for a refund, it was never given. What makes this even worse is that during that same year, I stopped by multiple times to purchase single washes, and every single time the employees sold me single washes without informing me that I already had an active subscription. So for several months, I was paying for both. A company that allows this to happen, without transparency or proper customer communication, is simply not trustworthy.
I always look forward to, coming in to Quality Car Wash. You're always greeted with a genuine smile. As a senior citizen, I can appreciate how they help me feel safe when I'm entering shopping & exiting the establishment.
