I am shocked that this man is still in business since he feels he can treat paying customers inquiring on their order any kind of way. This man is argumentative, talks down to you, lies to you, and then tells you to come and say things to his face (mind you, I am a woman) when you try to bring up your issues. The installation of our cap was shotty at best considering it was over 0.5'' out of plum.
