Left numerous calls for service without a return call - when I did get a live person I would be transferred and then disconnected (this was over a 2 week period). I finally spoke to a person who said they would have someone call me that day - no one called. Had to call back the next day and they promised someone would call. A person by the name of Axel called me back - was so rude and obnoxious I hung up. Spoke with Ryan homes assist in getting this resolved.
