I've been a customer of theirs since 2009 and spent over 21k with this company. After having a scheduling issues with them 2020-2021 they came out in 2022 serviced the cameras once but forgot to install our new camera and disconnected a working one since I have called and emailed them numerous times to re- schedule and there has been zero follow through nor have they provided the necessary log in information, so I can contract with another company. One would expect more from a reputable company!!
