I took my truck to Quality Bumper in Tucson to have a brake controller installed. After working on my truck for about two hours they told me that it couldn't be done because there was no wiring harness in the truck to plug into. They even went so far as to say that they called the manufacturer who advised them that my truck did not come prewired for the controller. I will not recommend this store to anyone. Since they relocated from there previous location the service is below acceptable. I have bought items for many years and never had issues. They were pleasant for the sale until it came to the installation. The quality of installation is not acceptable. Items installed incorrectly and when questioning this have been told it was either the manufacturer and to take it up with them or it was the vehicle.
