Bought a Quality built pergola in 2020. Paid extra for the upgraded 10x10 support posts. After only 5 years one of the posts is rotting. Have made numerous attempts to reach out to this company. They have not responded. I was told by a former salesmen that this is typical of this company. Please if you are considering buying a pergolas do not use this company. I couldn’t be happier. The team was great, from sales all the way thru install.
I had a 12x12 pavilion built by this company, and I'd like to say that the whole experience,from initially deciding what we wanted to build,to the cleanup after installation was awesome, I couldn't be happier with our new outdoor living space, the installers were polite and very efficient,our sales guy was professional and helpful in helping us decide on what would work best for our space, thank you.
