WARNING: DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE ON READING EVERYONE'S or REVIEWS BEFORE SIGNING ON DOTTED LINE. We purchased a 15 x 30 structure in the spring of 2023 without doing so. Unfortunately we are now stuck with paying a professional bonded contractor who guarantees his work for 10 years to repair this structure purchased from this company. Bought a Quality built pergola in 2020. Paid extra for the upgraded 10x10 support posts. After only 5 years one of the posts is rotting. Have made numerous attempts to reach out to this company. They have not responded. I was told by a former salesmen that this is typical of this company. Please if you are considering buying a pergolas do not use this company. They will not stand behind their product and do not respond to customers repeated phone calls. And yes I did proper maintenance with regards to painting with the produ... read more
