I couldn’t be happier. The team was great, from sales all the way thru install.
I had a 12x12 pavilion built by this company, and I'd like to say that the whole experience,from initially deciding what we wanted to build,to the cleanup after installation was awesome, I couldn't be happier with our new outdoor living space, the installers were polite and very efficient,our sales guy was professional and helpful in helping us decide on what would work best for our space, thank you.
Beware!!! We had an agreement to build a pergola in which we sent a 5-figure deposit check to them only to have them bail with our money. We have been trying for months to get a refund and they will not answer a call or return a message. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
Quality Built Pergolas recently constructed a custom pergola on our patio. It was a great experience from the initial sales consultation with Dave all the way through the construction process. We were so impressed with the installation team who worked long hours to get the job done! Highly recommend!
