Recognize that if you buy into a QBH neighborhood you are likely to be over promised what the neighborhood will include and how low your HOA fees will be. The build quality of our QBH home is average. There are popped nails in most rooms, the vinyl flooring is curling at the seams all over the kitchen, the porch is falling apart. I am worried about the new proposed project for a neighborhood called Meadows at Town Run in Leonardtown MD. The 107 lot division is planned to be built right about a stream called Town Run and next to an existing pond. I am worried that the runoff from all these new homes in the new proposed neighborhood will runoff into this stream and pond that will pollute the water and negatively affect the wildlife that I see on Cedar Lane Road.
