We hired Quality Builders to upgrade and repair our home in high desert, and could not be happier with the results! Mike provided sound advice in what needed to be done. Inside florescent lighting was replaced by energy efficient LED fixtures. Outside flat roof decking was removed and rebuilt with a protective membrane layer. Argumentative and substandard! Horrible business practices permeate the administration and filter down to their subcontractors. I advise finding another contractor for your building needs. The superintendent on our job failed to inspect his subcontractor work required a third party inspector to enforce adherence to plans. Concrete reinforcement was substandard, concrete subgrade was overlooked. QB refused to follow preconstruction termite control. Mike changed the roof decking to a lower quality.
