Michelle & Mario at the service desk are two of the best there is. They are friendly, knowledgeable & super accommodating. I’ve had my vehicle serviced many times & never had a bad experience. Always a pleasure to walk in & see them.
All my service was completed satisfactorily. The time it took for the service was almost double the quoted timeframe and I would have chosen to leave the car had I known an oil change would take nearly two hours. They explained they had people call in sick that mornng. My car was returned with greasy footprints in the drivers footwell. Besides those two items the service was good and the waiting area comfortable.
If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. What I experienced at this dealership’s service department was a masterclass in incompetence, sloppiness, and total disregard for customers’ time and money.
