I have never had any complaints with quality until this visit. Went in for an oil change and told them I also need two tires. They texted my car was done and said they put the tires I wanted replaced on the back of the vehicle and then acted like they were too busy to do anything further. Just directed me to the pay window. Ended up at ntb getting two new tires.
It was a recall from Buick. So we didn't have to p ay. Everyone was very helpful and we didn't have to wait very long.
Matt Cresswell is an amazing service technician! Had my truck serviced very quickly!
