Dorian arrived at my house with the mindset of completing the job as soon as possible, and the focus of doing it right. Our home warranty company assigned Quality Breeze to us for a furnace concern, and we were finally contacted by someone 4 days later. He set up our appointment for the next morning, and called my husband to say he was outside our door. My husband looked outside, and there was no one there so he called the man back and was told he "mixed up the paperwork" for Friday and Saturday, so he ended up 40 minutes away at someone else's house.
