I'm a disabled veteran and can not walk. Scott the manager here is awesome. he treated me with respect. I had the issue with my truck's swinging/lose tailpipe diagnosed at another shop in town. Scott beat their price for the same job by more then 75 %. They were honest and fair to a old disabled Combat Veteran (most of the time Service vendors try to take advantage of my disability and age) That's why I gave them 5 stars
The mechanics at Quality Brake and Muffler on S. Tacoma Way in Lakewood were honest, helpful and saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs. It is comforting to know there are still folks who aren't in business to take advantage of customers, especially those from out of state. I reccomend this location with gratitude. H.
