I had a appointment for 3pm and got there early but ended up waiting 2 hours sitting and waiting for her to finish a head and a half all for her to tell me that it’s late and she gonna have to do it some other time. SHE LET ME GO HOME LOOKING CRAZY

Very unprofessional... inconsiderate of people time, she scheduled my appointment for 11am I came at 1030 no one was there I called n called finally answer n says she forgot she had a ponytail to do, told me to come back at 1pm I sat in my car until 1p I came n she told me to come back since she wasn’t done. I waited 2more hours she text n say she has to do the lady son hair after I waited so long n traveled from mentor n waited for hours n I said I’ll still wait she promised I’ll do your hair today it will get done to turn ... read more

2nd time going here and they do such a good job! These ladies are so professional. Already got 2 compliments just walking out of the shop to my car! This is my new braiding spot. Thank you Monica and iesha for the good service!
