The customer service here is A++! I had my first accident at age 72 and they were caring, professional and helpful! Their repair work made my car look like new!
I took my car to Quality Body Works in Brownwood. I was immediately put at ease by Carlos, he addressed my needs and concerns with the highest integrity and concern. The team there managed my repair work with speed and care and made sure that I was satisfied with their service.. I highly recommend this Quality place .
10/10 recommend using Quality Body Works. I have used them twice now and their service is next to none. They are great at communicating and answering the phone every time you call. I could not be happier.
After over 2 months of having my vehicle they left these tools under my hood ! Possibly could have been bad for my family and I am returned my handle like this …. Went back they fixed the hand in 5 minutes and Brent did apologize for the tool ! Still unacceptable
