I have been purchasing both my business and personal bath fixture products for nearly 20 years from Quality Bath and will continue to do so in the future. Their product knowledge and recommendations have saved me both time and money on getting what I need, when I need it. Their customer service is superb and they clearly are dedicated to their customers needs with both advice and efficiency of fulfilling the order. Rikki is exceptional in all regards and you should specifically ask for her to help with your product needs.
I had a wonderful experience with Quality Bath; they provide top quality materials that are well packaged and arrive quickly. I did have a slight problem with the color of one item that I was hoping to match with the existing fixtures in my bathroom. I reached out and was contacted by Ruthie who was there to help me. Ruthie was able to resolve my problem very quickly and her emails were very knowledgeable and thorough which was extremely helpful.
I made an honest mistake and double ordered the amount of door pulls needed. Ruthie was able to contact the vender and and made the return order a breeze. She stepped right up with her superior customer service!
I provided the part numbers for the faucet with spray and air button for disposal, and Ari quoted me a price less than other major suppliers. Ari said two weeks for delivery and he was spot on. All items have been installed and look prefect. Good place.
Adina went above and beyond when manufacturer let us down. She worked as a go between and tried to make their error right. Phylrich had displayed a finish and sold it when it did not exist and waited two months to deliver the wrong order. Adina was attentive, helpful, and resourceful. Quality bath has me as a customer because of her.
