Before purchasing please be aware of return policy. Not consumer friendly. Many hoops to jump through. 20% restocking fee and plenty of other requirements.
I emailed this company to ask for help with an issue I was having with my shower, and the agent Rikki ignored my whole email and only asked me for my order number. I replied telling them that I didn’t have a recent order number and that I wasn’t looking for a refund, but rather advice on how to remove a shower piece. I also asked if they have technicians that I could pay to do the job. After that I was ghosted with no support. I sent 2 follow up emails and still no reply for them.
