David was so welcoming, he totally understood the assignment to do the “low taper fade” or whatever it’s called for my 12 yr old son but also made it super clean to where I can actually see there was an actual haircut. He showed great customer service even before we spoke. I left a voice mail, he called me right back, we were able to make an appt for the same day and he even let me know he was running late via txt so I would show up at the right time to be helped right away.
