Everyone there was very nice!
If you need 1 specific repair and can't afford anything else, I really don't recommend here. You might end up getting charged for extra services no matter what you do :(. 1 star When we made the appointment and on the day of we said multiple times exactly what the car needed. Still they performed services we didn't ask for and didn't tell us until after they did them on the day of. You shouldn't do that to people. Edit: my vehicle was already inspected by another mechanic and I knew what repairs where needed, also after the alignment quality automotive gave me I still have a bumping noise every rotation at highway speeds because of a tire bump I knew about from the previous inspection I had. That is why I did not want an alignment because you cannot properly align that. My tires already needed replacing and I wanted to risk having them wear out. Extremely punctual and communicative. Like many vehicle repairs the main issue being addressed will reveal other minor (or major) repairs required. While the technician repaired and peeled back the layers of my particular vehicle repair onion they were extremely communicative and relayed exactly what was happening step by step each time with an accurate updated time of repair estimation. Definitely will be coming back, though hopefully not soon.
Quality has done several vehicle repairs over the last 10 years on my various vehicles. Work is exceptionally, as the repair is done once not repeatedly. Service is quick and friendly and they explain with clear details the what, why, and options. Prices are fair market value.
