They fixed my 2025 nissan sentra that a roof fell on. And now a bike rider hit my car and scratched it so I will be going back when they open its sunday..I noticed the one star ratings are fake. They do great work.
I can't recommend Quality Automotive enough. I was driving back to Boston from Connecticut when my car suddenly started making a noise that sounded like I might have a flat tire. I was stressed and had no idea if it was safe to keep driving, so I stopped at Quality Automotive in East Windsor hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I cannot say enough amazing things about this auto body shop and the entire team! From start to finish, they truly went above and beyond during one of the most stressful situations. Not only did they do an incredible job repairing my vehicle, but they also fought for me when the insurance company didn’t want to cover hidden damages behind the bumper that absolutely needed to be repaired properly. I recently had surgery on my hand and as I was leaving a dr appt, I noticed something hanging from under my car. I tried crawling under and fixing it myself but that didn't work. Living off Rt. 5, there are an endless number of places I could go. Quality had a 4.6 rating so I assumed they were reputable. I was right! They were so nice and helped me immediately which gave me one less thing to worry about. I am so grateful there are still good companies in this world. I highly recommend
