CarLax service was excellent. The employees were kind, respectful and very helpful. One thing I totally liked about them was they were honest I didn’t feel like I was tricked or was taken avantage of. I love the treatment I get at Carlax. As a woman, I appreciate that Carlax uses a vehicle inspection program where the results display on my cell exactly what they see when determining the health of my vehicle. The result is coded with red (fix right away), yellow (caution, fix when I'm ready), and green (good to go), along with estimated price for whatever I want to be repaired.
