I had to have my clutch replaced on my 2016 Dodge Challenger, was in a bind because I could not find a spot with my regular mechanic and car lots was recommended by them to me. My experience with carlex is that my touch came back working better than ever, and the customer service was very friendly, time oriented and communicative. I feel very comfortable taking my car to Carlax Quality Automotive that they will fix only what needs to be fixed and not try to sell me something I don’t need.
