Our Nissan decided to only give us first gear 300 kms into our trip 😣 Limped into Quality automotive where they immediately took us in to do a once over with our vehicle. The lady at the counter was so incredibly nice and the mechanic was fantastic. If ever you need automotive help in the Edson area we would highly recommend them
There's a reason this place has 5 stars. They got me in within an hour and got me out within an hour. The quality and service are not just superior but next level. I'd highly recommend this mechanic and business to anyone passing through or even a local. When all others were too busy or not willing, Quality Automotive went above and beyond and helped!
We came here for an oil change but he oiled me up instead. 10/10 would recommend, definitely coming back.
I'm on a road trip from Vancouver to the Alberta hinterland. Stopped in Edson when my starter in the car quit on me. The lady at the front called around until she located a starter for me and I'm pretty sure these guys skipped lunch to work on my car and get me on my way. Excellent service, they saved my bacon.
we got stuck in edson and got our kia sportage towed and had a great experience with Quality Automotive. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and were super helpful. Highly recommend
