I'm on a road trip from Vancouver to the Alberta hinterland. Stopped in Edson when my starter in the car quit on me. The lady at the front called around until she located a starter for me and I'm pretty sure these guys skipped lunch to work on my car and get me on my way. Excellent service, they saved my bacon.
we got stuck in edson and got our kia sportage towed and had a great experience with Quality Automotive. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and were super helpful. Highly recommend
Our SUV had computer chip issues during my wife's solo trip to BC. She had to stop in Edson and try to sort things out after hours and then first thing in the morning. They weren't really equipped to handle the chip problem exactly in the moment, but worked their tails off to find a solution and help get the car running to drive back to Edmonton. The staff here were helpful, friendly and provided great service. This is the kind of shop you go to repeatedly out of loyalty because of the staff. Highly recommend.
I called this company at 12:30 informing them my vehicle was making some noise on the front end and that I would be in Edson shortly. I dropped it off at 13:30. The issue was diagnosed to be the wheel bearing. I picked it back up at 15:00. Im not sure if that's a world record but I bet it's close. Great attitudes, great service. I was extremely happy with the quick turnaround because I use my vehicle for work everyday. Thank you Quality Automotive!
