I was having car troubles during a road trip so I called Gavin and he took me in immediately to take a look at my car and make sure I was able to finish my road trip. Very professional and accommodating. Can’t thank him enough!
Got my TPMS sensors changed out and peace of mind restored.
This was my first visit to Quality Automotive and needless to say I’ll be going back. I was there for an oil change but their inspection of my vehicle showed I need a few more things. Besides getting a written summary, the inspection was explained to me, even changing some of the long held thoughts I had about auto maintenance. They asked if I wanted to make an appointment to start to take care of some of my repairs but with no pressure. I’ll be calling soon to schedule.
Gavin was great. Did a state inspection in 15 minutes.
