These guys were great. Monica, Gavin, John, Denise and the blond girl who only seems to go by the name "Quality Automotive" in her email notices to me (smile). I brought in a sailplane trailer made in Germany for brake and bearing inspection. And they were really on their game, in a shop that looked clean and well equipped. Alas, I need to order special parts so I'll be going back sometime soon. Finally, I noticed a "Welcome" chalk board behind the counter with customer names for the day, including my name.
