Mala atención de el dueño Javier, creen que nos hacen un favor reparando nuestras transmisiones cuando es lo contrario le llevamos dinero y trabajo a su taller debería ser más empatico con sus clientes. Se la pasa hablando que es el mejor como si nunca se equivocara mientras ya va reparando mi misma transmisión tres veces en menos de un año y diciendo que ya no da garantías cuando no cobra nada barato. Best people on town, they dont need no marketing what so ever, cause they are the best
We had a bad experience with this business. Yesterday my husband called to speak to someone because they worked on our truck and supposedly fixed the transmission. Our transmission failed without warning and my husband wanted some answers. He spoke to two people and they were both extremely rude. One said that he didn't have time to be on the phone listening to customer complaints and the second one hung up on my husband and left him talking.
