I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at the Lakewood location of Quality Auto Sound. After waiting for several minutes for the man behind the counter to look up and acknowledge my presence, the gruff and grumpy manager came out of his office. I guess these guys forgot about the "How may I help you" attitude of most successful businesses. This was more like "Why are you bothering me" and "I'm not at all interested in your problem"! I give them NO STARS!!! Our car alarm was a never installed right and has NEVER WORKED PROPERLY
Horrible customer service. I dealt with Scotty and he unaware of advertised specials. He did not care about my needs so I went to a competitor of his and received much better service
Not even one star they were not friendly at all rude when asked to explain why Bluetooth was not working like it should told me to pull over on hwy to make calls I did not get what I was told I would get never use them again
Hello. I recently visited the cactus audio express location. I spent over 1300 to add a sub. Amp. And replace the four stock speakers. The rear doors didn’t have speakers from the factory. I was quoted a higher price of 2200 to do this work with higher end speakers. 5 channel amp. Rear door speakers. And hushmatting all five doors. I decided on the 1300 quote that included hushmat on three doors. My little red car will not only look great, but with the great new radio and speakers you will hear us LOUD and Clear too !! Thank you again !! Total lack of customer service.
Second time getting upgrades done to my jeep and both times were above and beyond customer service and the installation was what I wanted. Great job Kevin and Lawerence and install team for keeping your customer happy
