I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at the Lakewood location of Quality Auto Sound. After waiting for several minutes for the man behind the counter to look up and acknowledge my presence, the gruff and grumpy manager came out of his office. I guess these guys forgot about the "How may I help you" attitude of most successful businesses. This was more like "Why are you bothering me" and "I'm not at all interested in your problem"! Great selection Quality Auto Sound is a wonderful place to get any audio systems for your car. They have a great selection. Their staff is highly qualified and knowledgeable about all the products and installation. You cannot beat the $1.00 install deal, which is year round.
Not so sound! I have had good times before they got bought out by another company. I bought some speakers and an amp from them. About a month later I went to return a speaker that was covered by the warranty. I was told by the manager that they had been bought out by another company. He told me that they did not sell that brand of speaker and they could not cover it under the warranty. Quality Auto Sound is a major rip off!!!! After my purchase I thought I was ripped off, went to Sound On Wheels to price shop, and Quality was a major rip off. They sold me a warranty for the warranty that came with the stereo and amp. I'll NEVER go back to Quality, I'll shop at the specialty store of Sound On Wheels from now on!!!

Horrendous customer service at the Lakewood (West Colfax location) Quality Auto Sound. I initially went in to have a simple iPod connector installed. It turned into a difficult nightmarish process from the beginning. Once it was installed, I thought I was in the clear. Wrong! I've been back twice in less than six months to have it repaired/redone. Went into Quality Auto Sound on 72nd and Federal for my son's christmas gift friendly salesman sold me a $385.00 ampifyer asked him if I could return it if I got the wrong one or if he did not like the product was told YES repetedely not once was I told I could return for a store credit. If I was told I could return for a store credit I would of walked right out.
