I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at the Lakewood location of Quality Auto Sound. After waiting for several minutes for the man behind the counter to look up and acknowledge my presence, the gruff and grumpy manager came out of his office. I guess these guys forgot about the "How may I help you" attitude of most successful businesses. This was more like "Why are you bothering me" and "I'm not at all interested in your problem"!
