Yesterday, while driving our vehicle in the afternoon, we began having a problem with the radiator system. The guage started going into the hot zone. We pulled over immediately, added antifreeze into the vehicle. We then called Derek at his shop and explained the situation. He told us to bring the car in. The time was nearly two pm. I just had my 2nd visit to Quality Auto Service. The first time, I had the front end aligned and their service was quick, friendly, solved all my problems and was very reasonable in price. Yesterday I took my jeep in to have new pads installed on the brakes. They told me that I didn't need them for another 10-15,000 miles and did not charge me. It is great to find a company that is honest and you feel comfortable using.
