I would just to start by saying DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with this company whatsoever they are in fact a SCAM company. They go by the name Quality Used Parts. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a tranny Oct. 13th 2025. They charged my account 800$ which is 400$ twice. They said I would receive it within 5-7 business days. Today it's Nov.4th and still have not received my part the charged me twice for. I have called, emailed, sent text, still nothing. NOTHING. HORRIBLE COMPANY. PAYPAL contacted them and they offered 300$ back. Which still i have no tranny. How are they still in business? THERE'S NO AUTO SALVAGE YARD THEY DEALING PARTS OVER THE PHONE FROM EBAY AND THE YARD SALVAGE NETWORK AND JACKING THE PRICE UP. I WENT TO THE ADDRESS TO PICKUP A PART AND IT WAS A HOUSE.
This company is scamming people and getting away with it i paid 1850 for a transmission and never got it and have mot received a refund i will contact law enforcement
