Omar's service was excellent. Very attentive and transparent.
Unfortunately my experience wasn't good. Following a FB marketplace advertisement, I went to look at a car which was supposed to be in good condition. The vehicle was everything but in good condition, including a flat tire. Ironically enough, the salesman who posted the vehicle replied to my message the day after still claiming the vehicle is in good condition. This dealership is the true embodiment of a used car dealership!
Went to test drive Ford Escapes. The employee that was helping us lied and said the title was good on a vehicle that I knew had a branded title, according to Carfax. So definitely do your own research and don't trust what anyone there says. The first one we could tell the transmission was about to fail. Asked to test drive another one and the owner came out and started the car for us, claiming the battery in the key remote was acting funny. The car drove great and Carfax was clean. We bought it. Found one of there’s cars on fb marketplace saying it had no problems and a clean title. I got there and with all due respect i got a bad feeling as soon as i did some guy (didn’t introduce himself or say hi or nothing) came out real shady looking, i asked him abt the car and we took a look it was all banged up smelled like weed had a ton of stains and was not even a clean title he immediately asked if we wanted a test drive we said yes and he said if i wanted to pull the car out (i said no because it was pretty tight and i ... read more
