very knowledgeable and great service
My wife and I we're 150 miles from home and our vehicle started to and vibrate extraordinarily bad. Took the first off ramp and the first place we found was Quality Auto. They took us in right away acknowledging they knew the gravity of our situation. Even though this was on a Friday, a day with shortened hours, they did their very best to help us out. Single woman taken advantage of by Quality Auto? I believe so. I visited Quality Auto a few times, spent a lot of money on repairs, and ended up with more issues than I went in with. Quality Auto "fixed" the exhaust on my SUV twice but on my last visit told me he didn't actually know what was wrong with it. I later learned the exhaust pipe was rusted out. Quality Auto told me I needed new brakes (although I had no issues with them I agreed) and after replaced by Quality Auto I had to go back in twice due to a sinking break p... read more
