oh boy. This has been an experience. So I took it in for a caliper repair and a day or 2 after I on the way home I have to floorboard my brakes to get any and all stopping action. It was an absolutely terrifying drive home considering the next stoplight I saw could have been a side-on. I go a few days before I open the hood and cant believe when I see an empty brake fluid container right after they bleed and "filled" the system. they have a very friendly attitude but this is a life threating act of negligence. Absolutely would not recommend this shop. Recent experiences have led to 0 trust and honesty here. Brake work had been performed recently, they forgot to fill the brake fluid after bleeding the line. This then was brought back in to be looked at, and I was charged again to bleed the lines? Previously, I had also asked multiple times for work to be performed and it kept being brushed off and ultimately not done. Pure laziness. Absolutely will not be bringing my business back here. After moving up to Green Bay from Kenosha, I have been on the hunt for a quality auto shop like we had down in Kenosha. This place is it. Brought the truck there twice with all sorts of issues that I let go on too long because I need my truck for work. Both times they had it done same day and done right. No issues still after their work. 5/5.
