Always has good communication, very good work at a reasonable price given the inflation rates. It is hard to find a reliable mechanic shop, after MANY failures in searching, we have been taking our vehicles to QA for a few years now and always had a good experience.
Good prices on repairs, and honest shop.
They did not perform the services I required, but were very polite, genuine helpful. I had a delightful conversation with the man that answered the phone.
Needed work done in a hurry but ended up paying for it in the end. $1,300 to replace the front control arms and test for leak in AC. Thought I was also getting breaks and the serpentine belt replaced for that total. Went to pick it up and was told to come back for the rest. He also told me I needed to replace the condenser for my AC to work and I took it somewhere else and all it needed was to be recharged.
Excellent customer service. Very reasonable prices. Quality service. The owner Jabez went out of his way to help me with my car repair. He gave me fair estimate of repair, under promised and over delivered. This business establishment earned me as a client for life. Thank u for your honest service and care!
