This guy has no idea what he is doing. Dropped my truck of to have some work done on the wiper. They weren't working. Told him I had extra relays in the fuse box under the hood for spares. He said oh that's the problem there not making contact. There spares,not supposed to make contact. So after he says it's the fuse box, which I had to give him the money first to get it. This is a great shop with Mike as the head. They can fix anything with 4 wheels and a steering wheel! I highly recommend them!
Quality Automotive is a top-notch shop to get your car worked on. Mike Danforth and Jerry Davis were very professional and knowledgeable I had taken the car previously to another shop and received an estimate of what it would cost to fix it. When I took it to Mike and Jerry, they gave me a much lower price. On top of that while they were fixing numerous things (rotors, brake pads, timing and power steering belt, plugs) they found the tie rod was defective and could have potentially caused me to have a serious accident. Mike Danforth replaced right front wheel bearing, right front strut, and rear brake pads on daughter's car in November 2014. Within one week, the wheel bearing failed on drive home from college. Mike never reimbursed me for the parts or labor for the item, and I had to spend additional monies to repair the bearing in northern VA to make the car road worthy.
