If I could give no stars, I would. We took the vehicle bought from Quality Auto to get an alignment and was told the frame was completely destroyed and needed to fully be replaced and was quoted $15,000. This was less than a year of purchasing the vehicle. We've reached out to Quality Auto multiple times and have yet to get any sort of communications back. They only want to speak on the phone so nothing is in writing. Very disappointed.
