I purchased a 2010 Buick lacrosse from quality auto in August 2024. Sarah Rounds was the agent that did the paperwork. She made a typographical error on my bill of sale. I brought it to the attention of Brandon and he gave me an extention on my temp tags when I told him about it. However, he did not fix the paperwork. I purchased a car from them 2 months ago the cars engine light came on after 2 days of having it they pretty much told me they had nothing to do with it that I would need to contact the warranty company. Fast forward to today my car went out completely won't start. I had it towed to a mechanic who works with the warranty company and they say it's an engine problem and timing belts gone completely diagnostic is running me $2000 alone and that'd without parts and labor.
