This place is a scam. My partner bought a car from Quality Auto of Bryant in November 2024, and from start to finish the experience was built on false promises. We were told the vehicle was in “prestige condition,” yet by the second week it was already showing major problems. I purchased a 2010 Buick lacrosse from quality auto in August 2024. Sarah Rounds was the agent that did the paperwork. She made a typographical error on my bill of sale. I brought it to the attention of Brandon and he gave me an extention on my temp tags when I told him about it. However, he did not fix the paperwork.
