Veronica was super helpful on the phone and Jaime was great working on my vehicle. He was super helpful and also a great teacher and helped me understand what he was doing and why some solutions didn’t work, took a little problem solving but he got the car running in a couple hours (he had to even take 2 trips to the store to pick up a weird bit for the Mini and also a battery since mine stopped holding a charge since the starter blew)

Being a first time owner and first service experience, I was leaning towards going to the VW dealership to get my used car serviced. I called them and without even looking at my car, they gave me a quote for $480. Jamie is just amazing to deal with. Not only he did all that the VW guys said and even more, he did it at less than a third of the price. Not only that, he educated me so much about the car and answered all my questions and was just a joy to work with. He surely earned my business.
