I wanted to take the time out to thank Cecilia and Jeffrey from the Service Department for their excellent customer service and quick response in dealing with our transmission issue. I know how challenging it was arranging the parts with the supply chain issues. They got us up and running before our upcoming vacation. If you think it’s covered under warranty, this place and their employees Carlos and Jeff will do everything in their power to not cover it, take the extra drive to another dealer service (Wayne or Fette Ford) where they will at least try to work with you. They told me my bumper and sensor need replacing when in reality it’s just a rock chip and a loose sensor but still they went ahead and estimated a total of 5000$ and change to fix it, Then when I went to go pick the vehicle up they left loose parts in the front and also wi... read more
