I’ve been here an hour, so far they’ve drained the oil and took off the tires. The guy working on my vehicle has been walking around, sitting and talking to other mechanics. The front desk people are in there talking. From what I see is basically one guy actually working. Another gentleman came in for the same thing, oil change and tire rotation, I also wanted my tires balanced. His is done, mine still on lift with no mechanic in sight.
