These guys that run this shop are 2nd to none....they are honest and in today's world thats all I need to know....Everyone that I know has took thier vehicle there. No matter how big or small these guys will take care of it.....very knowledgeable and able to diagnose the situation properly.....Its the only place I trust.
I usually have good experiences here, but I'm extremely disappointed. My car was rear-ended in an accident and recently could not keep a charge. I took it to Quality Auto Generations to figure out why. They told me the battery was bad, I went and paid $200 for a new one...not fixed. They told me my alternator was bad, I paid them $400 to put in a new one for me...problem still not fixed. They told me my NEW battery was shot, so I got another new one on warranty. STILL NOT FIXED.
