I needed to get my car checked up before going on a road trip to Vegas. They had most of the basic parts ready for the appointment. I was so impressed because they usually diagnose any kind of problems before ordering parts. That always takes extra waiting but they were different! It only took about an hour, whereas it would’ve taken several hours at the body shop I used to go in SF. It is such a meticulous and time-efficient place! I’m definitely going back if anything is needed for my car.
Had some seriously worn rotors and brake pads, Jay took about 10 seconds to diagnose that, then quoted me a fair price with parts+labor. He even promised to be done a few hours later, but finished early and let me know. What a pro.
