Honestly one of the worst shop experiences I’ve ever had. Went here due to being told I needed an alignment. When was told this I had my car loaded for a road trip. The shop the checked it said they could not do it with all the extra weight. Quality laughed when I said this and said they should have done this that it wouldn’t make a difference. I have nothing but positive things to say. Quality auto care is hands down the best shop I have ever been to. They are caring, kind, understanding and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I have officially found a new shop with people that I truly trust, and have helped eased my anxiety regarding all car issues present and future. I couldnt be more thankful for finding them!
