This place is a joke. They are rude and they use shortcuts in their work. I had my bumper repaired today and not only was it done incorrectly their customer service skills were even worse. First they do not tell you that it is cash or check only- no cards, but in addition they talk to you like you are dumb. As I was leaving I saw that I now had a service light on indicating the bumper, I went to Lundes and they said my bumper was on incorrectly and there were horrible paint runs.... total mistake using Fischer Auto Body and ... read more

I can't remember how many times I've been to this shop between my dings and dents, and those of my wife and daughter. Well, I was just there again this week with my 18 Audi TTS. Mike and his crew did a terrific job again! Very impressed with the professionalism, care and quality service this company provides. Thank you!
Don't think the quality of work was good. When I got my car back the black leather interior was white, COMPLETLY covered with white dust. I pointed out the obvious and the guy still didn't clean up his mess! Would never recommend
