If you're looking for someone who's extremely honest and understanding on your vehicle repairs. I honestly recommend this place, my wife's vehicle got hit and they have been great about fixing it and also help me understanding the process of every little detail. They have gained a loyal customer.
Very happy with the service and work done on our vehicle. Our new van sustained quite a bit of hail damage, which ended up taking longer to repair than originally estimated; due to circumstances out of their hands. Quality Auto was very helpful and kept us well informed, and also helped us with our rental situation when insurance stopped paying. They did a wonderful job on the repairs and left our vehicle spotless inside, which was an added bonus. We will for sure use in the future!
We hit a deer in our Wagoneer & brought it up to Quality Auto after getting everything with insurance situated. They told us it would be done about July 3rd & to our surprise it was done earlier than they mentioned (so thankful). They did a phenomenal job & were very kind when I called to have one of the letters straightened. Any other repairs in our future will come here! Thank you very much!!
