Gave a call to ask if my car could have a damage inspection after a rear end collision as well front collision. I gave info of my car I got told “I don’t fix car that old” My car is from 2013. I know from my company that they have fix cars older than 2013.

Was rear ended a couple months ago and sadly this was where my car was taken, forgot to leave a review with my very unpleasant experience. Called to simply ask if I could retrieve my belongings from my car and the woman told me I’d have to pay (which was NOT true!) and continuously tried gave me unsolicited advice despite my protests.
